Loving Hands Clinic thanks Sponsors

...

The Loving Hands Clinic wishes to thank Love INC for their past sponsorship, support, and for sharing the original vision of helping to establish a free medical care clinic for the uninsured and medically underserved in the Lapeer area. The clinic especially wishes to thank Love INC Executive Director, Sue Brady, and the Love INC Board of Directors for their assistance in helping to make the Loving Hands Clinic a reality.

As the clinic begins to chart new territory as a separate, independent, non-profit charitable organization, we wish to thank volunteer practitioners, Robert T. Brengel, DO, Family Nurse Practitioner, co-founder and clinic Director Karen Kegler, family nurse practitioner Anita Harrand, and the many other volunteer nurses and volunteer staff who made the clinic possible.

We would also like to thank MapleGrove Church and their pastor, Gary Gillim, for their ongoing support of the clinic’s vision, and to congratulate the newly-established board of directors for making a commitment to the future of the clinic. We look forward to continued volunteer efforts and support during this exciting year ahead.

… basic medical needs met

Loving Hands Clinic, located here at MapleGrove Church - A free health clinic for the uninsured and underinsured of our community that served over 700 patients in the last year and the need continues to grow.  In addition to providing the present building space and utilities we envision expanding the clinic as needed by adding more days, more doctors, more space, and more resources.  Our biggest needs here are for more Doctors and the finances for supplies, equipment, and insurance.
