Gary Gillim - Lead Pastor : [Contact]

Gary Gillim, Lapeer, MI 1981Gary grew up on the east side of Detroit and by 17 he had turned to drugs and alcohol and the lifestyle that goes with it. After giving up and meeting God at the age of 35, he attended Bible College in New York, and became the Pastor of MapleGrove Church in 1991, serving a handful of people in what was then called "Lapeer Gospel Tabernacle". Much has changed since then; a new name, a new location, and many miracles along the way.

To help you get to know Gary a little better, here are some interesting tidbits about him ...

favorite food: White Turkey Meat with mashed potatoes, gravy, and dressing

favorite dessert: chocolate cake

favorite activity: watching grand children play
